{Toy Room: Part 2}

We are finally on a roll when it comes to our soon to be Toy Room Area! We were suppose to have all the tape and texturing done last week, but the guys who are doing the job had to go out of town. So we waited until Monday to actually start the job. They have been here everyday since and are so great to work with. My kids call them "The worker guys" and are excited every morning when they show up! They are usually only here for about a hour and then on their way, I've been really happy with their progress! As of today the room is completely taped- tomorrow they will finish all the texture work! I can't tell you how excited I am to get this part done and cleaned up! 

It may not look like a lot in pictures but the change is fantastic… 

 I can't wait to get paint and trim and some cabinets on these walls!! 

This weekend we are planning on doing just that! 

Basement Toy Room Area Check-list: 

• Frame out room and move everything into storage room
• Electrical installation
• Tape and Texture
• Prime and Paint
• Trim and hang Door
• Hang Cabinets
• Carpet or Flooring
• Finish Electrical (Hang lighting) 
• Bring in the toys and decorate!
• Organise storage area
