It's True.

Remember a few weeks ago I stated that we had some BIG things happening soon... 

well, surprising the kids and going to Disneyland was #1. 

And selling our home is #2. 

Yes. 

We put our house up For Sale yesterday. 

Yes. 

I'm a big ball of stress. 

Yes. 

It's gonna be a crazy holiday season! 

The listing is Here. It's also on Craigslist and Facebook. 

We have been working on this for the past year actually and for some reason now everything seems to be falling into place. We made a few offers on homes- and they fell through. We found land- and it fell through. 

Then we decided to wait and not worry about it. 

And we were approached about buying land in our ward, just down the road from where we live now. 

It was one of those "Your crazy if you dont!" situations! So we did!

We haven't fully finalized on it all, but are in the process. 

We are also hoping to sell our home SOON! We could be out tomorrow if we needed to! We have a place to go, plans to build, and our finances are in order. We just need a buyer! 

I do need to paint that crazy pink wall white and have a few little fixes around the house to take care of but other than that it's ready! 

So tell your friends, your neighbors, your neighbors friends! At the moment we are selling on our own, if things dont happen until January we will list with our Agent then, so for now we are just waiting! 

We are excited, mainly because we won't be leaving our ward or friends, or even school- we are just getting a little more room to spread our wings. 

It's a good change.
