I'm not a huge fan of making New Year's Resolutions. 

For me, its usually just a set up for failure!! I've learned that- a few times- from experience.

Because-lets' be real- I'm pretty sure we all have this same list... 

For me, these are things I am constantly working on! Im sure I will be for the rest of my life! 

Along with the day to day tasks, this coming year we are hoping we can sell our existing home and build our forever home. That is huge (and stressful). Besides that the kids are constantly growing and changing- I mean, Mack is going to be Baptized this year! WHAT?  Carmen will be in school FULL TIME this fall, and Leighton starts preschool. I'm so sad. 

So with those big things happening,I think the appropriate word to motivate me this year should be GROW. 

I'm hopeful we can GROW together as a family.

I hope I can GROW to be a better parent and wife. 

I hope I can GROW and learn as I embark on all of these new adventures. 

I'm anticipating lots of tears this year.
