Camen's First Performance of 2016

Miss Carmen lives for dance. It is in her blood.

As soon as she comes home from school each day she changes her clothes and turns on music to start dancing! She likes to pretend she is teaching and of course loves to teach her little sister everything she knows!
I'm always surprised with how well she performs! Carmen is naturally a pretty shy girl, she gets nervous and doesn't do much outside her comfort zone! But, when it comes to dancing in front of a lot of people it doesn't seem to bother her at all! She is such a great little performer!
This year we started dancing at Dance it in Rexburg with Amy Taylor. Some weeks it's a little taxing driving back and forth to Rexburg, but once I saw Carmen's performance I was grateful that we made the change. She has progressed so much in just a few months time and loves every minute of it. She is super flexible and looks so grown up out there on the dance floor!
I love watching her dance.
And I love that she loves it so much.

She performed at a South Fremont basketball game halftime this past week. After she was done she just wanted to go out and do it again! I got a little emotional during her performance watching her and realizing how much she has grown up. She is a beautiful dancer and really is growing up to be such a fun little girl, she loves all things girly and really keeps me busy!
It was a fun to get out for a little bit and watch her.
And her siblings had a great time as well.

My kids all seem so old to me lately. How does that happen?!
